Pickering Swifts

The Pickering Swifts group was formed in 2022, and invites residents in the town the chance to purchase bird boxes for swifts.

Swifts are medium-sized aerial birds, similar to swallows – and are known for their flying abilities.

The boxes are available for £15, and, in most cases, the Pickering Swifts can arrange for their installation. Those who would like to register an interest for the swift boxes, can email the group at: pickering.swifts@gmail.com
